Your order is very important to us that's why we'll ship your order within 24 hours (or no later than the next business day) from the time you place it. Business card orders will ship within 5 business days of the order date.

If you need to change your order:

Please call the order line at 800-672-6726 ext. 316 between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST or email custserv@cdocsolutions.com by 3:00 p.m. on the day you place the order. Consolidated Document Solutions will do everything we can to correct your order but cannot be responsible for any changes after 3:00 p.m. EST; most orders ship the same day they're placed.

If a product is backordered you'll be given notice with an email giving you a time when we expect

the product in. Most orders will ship UPS or Priority Mail depending on the weight of the order and the most efficient service. Overnight and 2nd day Air shipments are options available by indicating that on the shipping method section of the online order process.

Important Notice: Your order is not completed until you see the order confirmation screen that has the order reference number. You will also receive via email, a copy of the order confirmation page for your records. You may want to keep the order confirmation page open until you get your email or you can print out a copy instead.
